Our client is a well established company in producing Building Materials (roof tiles). They are looking for a Purchasing Clerk to support their Purchasing Department.

**Responsibilities**:
1. To assist Purchasing Department in purchasing process flow.
2. To assist in matching PO & vendor DO.
3. Organize, handling & filling vendor PO, imported documentation, vendor master & material master.
4. To update order documentation for order tracking.
5. To update department or authority report on monthly basis.
6. To prepare document or letter based on assignment.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Diploma in any discipline.
2. Experience: fresh grads or those with not more than 2 years clerical/admin experience.
3. Willing to work in Rawang.
4. Notice period must be 1 month or less.

**Job Type**: 1-year contract (renewable)

Other benefits;
- 13-months salary, performance bonus, 16% EPF, coverage for hospitalization, surgical & PA.

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
