**_Note: This is a one-year contract position (renewable depending on the needs of the position)_**
**Requirement**
- SPM holder with working experience as a clerk
- Fresh graduate (Diploma/Degree) without experience
- Knowledge of Computer & Microsoft Office
**Responsibilities**
- To assist Purchasing Dept in Purchasing process flow including Purchase related to RSC, Roof, and all purchases relevant to Drop Shipment.
- To assist in matching PO and vendor DO.
- Organize, handle and file vendor PO, imported documentation, Vendor Master, and Material Master.
- To update the documentation in google Sheets - for order tracking.
- To asset in drop shipment documentation.
- To update department or authority reports on a monthly basis (Sales Tax report, Mida report)
- Prepare documents or letters based on assignments from time to time.
**Benefits**

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
