**About the role**

**The Intern, Air Contracts will support the Contracts team with a range of administrative and documentation tasks related to air freight agreements. This role offers hands-on experience in contract management, data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination. The intern will assist in drafting simple documents, managing records, tracking handover processes, and ensuring consistency across internal systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure to logistics operations, documentation standards, and contract administration in a dynamic and collaborative environment.**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- ** Assisting in the drafting, formatting, and review of basic contract documents.**
- ** Entering and managing data to ensure accuracy and consistency across internal systems, with a particular focus on maintaining the Cargo Master Listing.**
- ** Providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and performing data entry.**
- ** Organizing and maintaining both digital and, when necessary, physical records to support efficient filing and document retrieval.**
- ** Tracking and following up on Item Handover (IH) and courier documents to ensure timely processing and status updates.**
- ** Coordinating with internal departments to collect, verify, or relay contract-related information as needed.**
