- Conduct comprehensive research on job advertisements from international job sites, proactively engaging with overseas companies to promote our recruitment and Employer of Record (EOR) services.

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand staffing plan and requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, including researching job ads on overseas job sites and approaching international companies to promote our recruitment and Employer of Record (EOR) services.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track and report on recruitment metrics.
- Work closely with internal teams to stay abreast of global employment laws and regulations.
- Analyze and execute the Employer of Record (EOR) process for international hires.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits, and related HR functions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and industry regulations.
- Create and manage documentation related to recruitment and EOR processes.
- Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, cross-functional teams, and external partners.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of headhunter and recruiting experience.
- Leverage LinkedIn recruitment and other online tools for effective sourcing and outreach.
- Familiarity with international employment laws and regulations in the region.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with Employer of Record (EOR) processes is a plus.
