**1. Tenant Relations & Communication**
- Act as the main point of contact for all tenants.
- Receive and acknowledge complaints, feedback, and service requests from tenants.
- Maintain professional, courteous, and responsive communication with tenants.
- Provide updates to tenants on complaint status and resolution timelines.

**2. Maintenance Complaint Coordination**
- Record and report all maintenance-related complaints to the Assistant Director (Project).
- Ensure all complaints are properly logged with relevant details, including photos or supporting evidence.
- Follow up with the Assistant Director (Project) and internal teams to track progress.
- Communicate completion or resolution updates back to the tenants

**3. Reporting to Director**
- Escalate unresolved, urgent, or recurring tenant issues directly to the Director.
- Provide regular summary reports to the Director on tenant concerns, outstanding complaints, and resolution timelines.
- Support the Director in making decisions related to tenant satisfaction, service response, and operational improvements

**4. Documentation & Filing**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all complaints, communications, and follow-up actions.
- Assist in drafting letters, notices, or responses to tenants when required.
- Ensure all documentation is properly filed for audit and reference.

**5. Coordination Support**
- Arrange inspections, appointments, or on-site visits between tenants and internal teams if instructed.
- Coordinate access for contractors or vendors handling repair works.
- Ensure both tenants and internal teams are kept informed throughout the process.

**Other Duties**
- Perform any other related duties assigned by the Director from time to time to support property-related operations and tenant engagement.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
