Responsible to prepare production schedule according to customer requirement, machine capacity, materials available and food safety system procedure.
- Prepare daily production plan and distribute production schedule or work orders to production and internal departments.
- Revise production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs or other interruptions, collaborating with management and inter-department.
- Responsible on raw materials requirement planning (MRP), execute the MRP and ensure production schedule can be met with the correct RM in place at the right time and right quantities through JIT.
- Responsible for creating & assigning PO to relevant suppliers via ERP system. Review, analyze & optimize forecast/demand vs actual inventory holding from time to time.
- Ensure materials are ordered and delivered based on specification and standards.
- Manage inventory issues, incoming rejections, expired inventory (report to send to principal for write-off approval)
- Conduct production plan review (to review production progress and output) with production team. Highlight significant issues of production delay, material supply problems and manpower if any.
- Ensure all orders been updated into production planning in system.
- Follow up with the Logistic Department and monitor the finished goods delivery schedule.
- Responsible to coordinate with customers for Purchase Order received, production scheduling, goods supply and other enquiries by customer.
- Submit output summary report or reconciled reports to customers as per required dateline.
- Take part in monthly stock count to justify accuracy of real time data versus physical inventory.
- Any other duties as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in business, logistics, inventory management, or a related field preferred.
- 1 year working experience in inventory management, material planning, and purchasing is preferred. Fresh graduates will be considered as training will be provided.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management is an advantage.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written in English and Malay. Mandarin will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and material management systems.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, a good team player, disciplined, committed and able to work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
