The **Partner Success Specialist** will be responsible for core payment operations within Coda's solutions stack. The primary responsibilities of this role include transaction monitoring and analysis, partner onboarding, invoice management, and other general activities to ensure high payment channel uptime. Additionally, this role will collaborate with product teams, payment channel partners and publishers to implement improvements based on transaction analyses and findings.
- Monitor Failed Transactions: Monitor and identify failed transactions within our system using designated tools and platforms.
- Analyze Transaction Data: Analyze transaction data to identify patterns, trends, and underlying causes of transaction failures.
- Escalation Management: Escalate identified transaction issues to relevant payment channels and collaborate with them to resolve issues promptly.
- Collaboration with Product Teams: Collaborate with product teams to understand transaction-related issues develop strategies for improvement, and support partner onboarding and migrations.
- Collaboration with Payment Channel partners: Foster and cultivate operational relationships with payment channel partners to improve transaction success rates, proactively manage partner outages/downtimes and build scalable mechanisms to complete title onboarding activities.
- Collaboration with Publishers: Engage with publishers to address transaction issues from their end and implement solutions collaboratively.
- Continuous Improvement: Work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance transaction success rates, optimize payment processes, and ensure timeliness of partner invoicing and reconciliation.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of transaction analysis, escalations, and improvement initiatives for reference and audit purposes.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in payment operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with payment processing platforms and tools is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and documentation.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
