Customer Success Specialist

We're looking for a dynamic and customer-driven Customer Success Specialist who's passionate about helping businesses grow with our POS solutions. In this role, you'll be the trusted partner for our customers — from the very first conversation to successful onboarding and long-term satisfaction. You'll play a key role in acquiring new users, guiding them through setup and training, and ensuring they get maximum value from our system. Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Acquisition
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, visits, and online channels.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase system features and benefits.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and agreements.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and campaigns.
2. Customer Onboarding & Training
- Conduct onboarding sessions (online or on-site).
- Train customers on POS system usage and configuration.
- Assist in system setup (software & hardware).
- Guide customers on best practices for daily operations.
3. Customer Support & Retention
- Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Coordinate with the technical team for escalations.
- Follow up post-onboarding to ensure satisfaction and continued usage.
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in POS, retail tech, or customer support is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Good understanding on IT/Software/Hardware.
- Customer-oriented, patient, and able to explain systems clearly.
- Able to travel to customer sites when required (allowance provided).
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn.
