- Support the Account Manager by continuously showcasing positive & professional work attitude

**Qualifications**
- **At least 3+ years of experience in Customer Success role or equivalent handling B2B customers.**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good command in written & spoken English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
- Good logical thinking, able to quickly understand customer problems and respond to them.
