Provide product and service information to customers and assist with order processing, tracking, and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy, efficiency, and in alignment with company policies.
- Maintain accurate customer records and log all interactions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the logistics, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Identify common issues and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Support after-sales service and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and promote our sustainability mission during interactions.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
