We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented** Project Site Supervisor** to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of construction projects, ensuring that work progresses smoothly and efficiently. Your contributions will play a crucial role in meeting project deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Here's a detailed overview of your responsibilities:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Project Manager to strategize and allocate manpower and resources effectively, minimizing work disruptions and optimizing work distribution.
- Attend Site Progress Meetings, Subcontractor Meetings, and Client Consultant Meetings regularly to stay informed and address project-related issues.
- Receive and disseminate construction drawings to the site, ensuring that all team members have access to the necessary documentation.
- Thoroughly review and identify discrepancies between Architectural and Structural Drawings, taking proactive measures to resolve any conflicts.
- Act as a liaison between the client / consultant and the site team, handling technical matters and coordinating with site supervisors and coordinators.
- Monitor the delivery of construction materials, ensuring they meet the specified quality, type, and dimensional requirements.
- Oversee the overall construction planning and ensure that projects are completed on schedule.
- Monitor site work, supervise on-site activities, and manage the coordination of work performed at the construction site.
- Address client complaints related to defective work and work on resolution with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Be prepared to take on additional job functions assigned by the management as necessary.
- Prepare Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings for final approval by the Consultant.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Minimum educational qualifications include an SPM Certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field.
- Knowledge in Plumbing & Sanitary works is a valuable asset.
- Preferred expertise in water pipe works, RC works, and infrastructural works in road, drainage, and sewerage systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, showing self-motivation, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a results-driven attitude.
- Showcasing strong team player qualities with exceptional problem-solving skills and a consistently positive working attitude.
