Key Account Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to acquire, retain, and grow business with assigned key accounts.
- Conduct in-depth customer research to understand client needs, challenges, and buying processes.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Deliver impactful presentations and proposals that showcase the value proposition of our products/services.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring alignment with company pricing and profitability goals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to account renewal.
- Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities.
- Prepare various monthly reports for assigned customers
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure seamless client experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing Management, Sales, or a related field in retail or FMCG industry
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quota attainment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficient in Google GSuite and MS Office Suite
- Demonstrate fluency in the local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken. Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Ability to review and summarize complex documents, experience in business proposal writing
- Own transport and being able to outstation are preferred
- _**Willing to travel (will move to new office in Bukit Raja by mid-2025), currently based in Petaling Jaya.**_
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
