**Job Description / Responsibilities**:
- Assist with recruitment activities (posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Help organize HR-related events, training sessions, and engagement activities.
- Assist in preparing HR documents such as letters, memos, and reports.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee information.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently and in a team.
