Human Resource Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Full spectrum of human resource functions, especially Payroll, IR, and employee relations.
- Liaise with government agencies (Labour office, IR office, Immigration, JKKP, KWSP, PERKESO, HRDF, LHDN, etc.) on human resource related issues.
- To be responsible in matters related to industrial relations, employee disciplines as well as employee relations to ensure harmonious and conducive workplace.
- To handle disciplinary matter including staffs counselling, grievances handling, Domestic Inquires & termination process & other industrial relation procedures in compliance with local Labour Law.
- Support and assist any other ad-hoc HR assignments/ events/ activities
- Performing any other related duties as and when requested by the Management from time to time.
**Qualifications**
- Must have at least 2 years experience as Human Resources Generalist or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving approach including strong working knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Malaysia
- Able to work independently while being a team player
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
