**Why this role?**
In this role, you will report to the Manager, Administration. You will be responsible for supporting our sales team in administration tasks and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a good opportunity to enhance your multitasking, communication, and administrative skills.
- Handle compilations of ED&C catalogues for seminars and exhibitions.
- Novaris (Purchase, enquiries, quotations).
- Manage sales calls, check inventory, and process orders.
- Submit monthly report, including running totals for SA, CA, and advance payments.
- Managing the booking of flights and hotel reservations.
- Follow up quotation status with salesman.
- Manage sales returns.
- Inspect customer’s invoices for ED&C products.
- Handle the insurance for incoming shipment.
- Debtor’s meeting
- Check local supplier’s invoices
- Issue delivery orders during the absence of sales coordinator.
- Any other duties assigned by HOD/Immediate Superior from time to time

**Job Requirement**:

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Diploma holder or Degree Bachelor are welcome to apply.
- Possess own vehicle and willing to work at **Subang Jaya.**:

- Language required **:Bahasa Malaysia & English.**Proficiency in **Mandarin**will be an added advantage**.**:

- Good in Microsoft Office.
- Immediate joiner is preferred

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
