- Preparing Appointment Letter to new recruit and to correspond to obtain information required from the new employee of the Income Tax / SOCSO / EPF / Bank Account and other statutory requirement.
- To conduct domestic Inquiry (DI) whenever there is a need against default staff.
- To liaison with governmental bodies (EPF / SOCSO / LHDN / JTK / Industrial relation and others) to ensure the legality and compliances matters.
- To complete Monthly Payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
- Update and monitor the attendance records, overtime, medical and leaves records.
- To support other Jobs and Assignments from time to time. *Requirements:*
- Min Diploma / Degree holder in related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR field.
- Fluent speaking / written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Specializing in Human Resources & Training & Development
- Able to work independently with strong responsibility characters.
- Excellent communication and strong leadership skills to lead a division.
- Full-Time position. Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Benefits:
