**Job description**:
We are looking for a HR Executive to be responsible for managing payroll matters regarding all aspects of Time and Attendance implementation and administration. He/She will also be involving in welfare management and employee personal data system setup.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Manage various HR functions related to attendance, payroll, and employee welfare within the designated plant location.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of attendance and payroll, as well as implementing and overseeing employee welfare programs to promote a positive working environment.
- Oversee the attendance tracking system, including E-leave and ensure it is accurately maintained.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including data input, calculations, and disbursements.
- Verify and reconcile payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Prepare payroll reports for management.
- Develop, implement, and manage employee welfare programs and initiatives.
- Handle claim management, which validate and process employee claims, e.g. medical benefits, travel reimbursement etc.
- Setup the electronic personal file system, transform the current p-file system to a digital one and keep it maintained for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a vital role in supporting HR initiatives and maintaining employee satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate HR records and reports for auditing purposes.
- Generate HR-related reports and present findings to management as needed.
- Participate in disciplinary actions and grievance procedures as necessary
- Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives to enhance HR processes and practices.
- Manage and coordinate with all departments on yearly Performance Management.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or Social Sciences or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experiences in Human Resources, especially strong knowledge of payroll software (iFlexi and TMS).
- Familiar with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
- Good communication skills in both verbal and written.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- With experiences in Ethical Recruitment/ SEDEX/ RBA is an advantage.
