Job Summary:

The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting HR operations and administrative functions within the company. The individual will assist in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance with local labor laws, and other HR activities. This position ensures smooth HR processes while contributing to a positive workplace culture in alignment with the company's goals and policies.

Recruitment & Selection:

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assisting with selection.

· Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.

· Maintain an effective talent pipeline to fill vacancies quickly.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:

· Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive first experience.

· Conduct exit interviews for departing employees and ensure the proper offboarding procedures are followed.

Employee Records & HR Administration:

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, contracts, and other employment documentation.

· Handle day-to-day HR administration, including managing attendance, leave, and benefits records.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

· Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR queries, policies, and concerns.

· Promote a positive work culture by facilitating employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and wellness programs.

Payroll & Benefits:

· Assist in payroll processing by providing necessary information on leave, overtime, and bonuses.

· Coordinate with external payroll vendors (if applicable) to ensure timely and accurate payroll.

Compliance & Legal:

· Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations (e.g., Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act).

· Update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.

· Monitor employee working hours, leave entitlements, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.).

Training & Development:

· Support training initiatives by identifying skills gaps and facilitating employee development programs.

· Coordinate training schedules and maintain training records.

Reporting:

· Prepare HR-related reports (attendance, turnover, training, etc.) for management review.

· Monitor key HR metrics and suggest improvements as needed.

Requirements:

Education:

· A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience:

· 1–3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in Malaysia.

Knowledge & Skills: **

· Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws (Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, etc.).

· Good knowledge of HR practices and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software such as SAP, Workday, or similar platforms.

· Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels.

· Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM5,500.00 per month
