HR Executive

The HR Executive will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting the overall HR operations of the company. This position, while non-managerial, offers the potential for growth within the HR department as the company continues to scale.
Job Description (Key Responsibilities):
Culture Development:
- Champion and promote a culture that encourages teamwork, inclusivity, and workplace harmony.
- Assist in developing initiatives that promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
Internal Events Organization:
- Plan and organize monthly employee events and activities aimed at fostering good relationships and collaboration among staff.
- Gather feedback from employees to continuously improve event offerings.
- Social Media Management (HR Focused):
- Manage and maintain the company’s HR presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and documentation.
- Manage and enhance the performance of job posting platforms to ensure effective reach and engagement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external HR agencies and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and support recruitment efforts.
Policies and Regulatory Compliance:
- Monitor and ensure the organization’s adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in developing and reviewing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and relevance.
Training and Skill Development:
- Identify training needs within the organization and assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
- Support initiatives aimed at employee skill development and career advancement.
Additional HR-Related Duties:
- Assist in employee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Help in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback for actionable insights.
- Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
