OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB 1. Manage administrative work for department Report to the Technical and Commercial Manager 2. Provide day to day support to the Technical and Commercial department 3. To handle documentation control, document filling and submission to client 4. To organize all the filling into a systematic and easy access 5. Additional (as and when necessary) - To prepare Minutes of meeting - To prepare Summary of Variation Order from Vendor PRINCIPLE DUTIES 1. To create Sales Order (SO) for awarded Contract 2. To maintain Order Book & Tender Book. 3. To manage the Company Licensing and registration with Client (Eg. Petronas, Exxon, MDPC, etc) 4. Notify & handover Technical & Commercial Engineer on receiving New eRO in SUS. 5. To handle all departmental technical & clerical duties. KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB 1. 1-2 years' experience in related work 2. Good Computer skills 3. Meticulous and able to work independently in a team 4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION 1. SPM/Diploma minimum. 2. Proficient and computer literate.
