**Responsibilities**:
Your focus is to assist administrative duties within the external & internal boundaries, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow run smoothly. You also being the main point of contact for personnel within the company and external parties.

External duties (80%):

- To handle Company vehicles maintenance.
- To handle Collection of daily mail and distribution.
- To handle Building Maintenance for HQ & other Branch.
- Responsible for order from Shopee and TikTok, delivery parcels to Mailbox at MBE Bandar Bukit Puchong or their respective transporters.
- To handle company building and vehicle licensing with government department.

Internal duties (20%):

- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Provide general administrative support to the Admin Department
- To perform other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities that may be needed or assigned by superior from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Able to follow instruction from upper management and accomplish the order jobs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Able to multitask, resourceful, meticulous and proactive with sense of urgency.
- Computer literate: Familiar with Microsoft word, Excel and Power Point
- Able to converse and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Possess good attitude, integrity and good teamwork.
- Possess own mode of transportation.
- Priority given to those who can start IMMEDIATELY.
- Individual with resilient and tough character will be added advantage.
