JOB SCOPE:
- **Recruitment & Selection Support**:
- Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and arrange interview schedules.
- Support in the coordination of interview sessions.
- **Employee Onboarding & Offboarding**:
- Assist in preparing onboarding documents and orientation materials.
- Support the HR team in processing staff resignation and clearance procedures.
- **HR Administration**:
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee personal files and HR databases.
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing letters, forms, and reports.
- Ensure proper filing of HR-related documents (physical and digital).
- **Payroll & Attendance**:
- Assist in checking and updating staff attendance records.
- **Training & Development**:
- Assist in organizing training programs, seminars, and internal workshops.
- Prepare training materials and attendance records.
- **Employee Engagement Activities**:
- Support in planning and executing employee welfare and engagement activities (events, celebrations, team buildings).
- **HR Projects & Compliance**:
- Support the HR team in HR-related projects or audits.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, SOPs, and labor laws.
- **General Support**:
- Assist in handling employee inquiries professionally.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR department.
REQUIREMENT:
- CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS AT LEAST DIPLOMA OF HUMAN RESOURCE OR OTHER RELATED COURSE
- ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND AS A TEAM.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM500.00 per month
