- Responsible for monthly payroll administration.
- Manage payroll processing, which encompasses monthly salaries, statutory contributions, allowances, commissions, incentives, claims, advance salary, overtime, attendance processes, and increments.
- Update employee database (HR System) and attendance report
- Prepare late report, compile and monitor MC claims report
- Perform administrative tasks
- Provide efficient day to day HR & Admin support
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments when necessary
Job Requirement
- Organized, good analytical skills and able to work independently to meet tight timelines
- Able to work overtime for urgent tasks especially during cut-off date
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
