- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases, including Typhoid and Hygiene recordkeeping.
- Filing HR documents and forms, ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in accordance with organizational standards.
- Support payroll process, timekeeping, and attendance tracking by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days).
- Support recruitment activities including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates and onboarding new hires with orientation scheduling.
- Draft and prepare official HR letters, including employment contract, confirmation letters, promotion letters, and offer letters.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by the management.
- Support in reviewing and updating HR policies and the employee handbook to ensure alignment with current Malaysian Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, and other relevant regulations.
- Monitor changes in Malaysian labor legislation and assist with timely policy updates.
- Support HR programs such as benefits enrollment, training, performance evaluations, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee data and documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,700.00 per month
