Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offers, and salary negotiation.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and manage onboarding and offboarding processes.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Assist in HR operations including payroll, leave management, staff claims, and other employee matters.
  • Process monthly payroll and ensure statutory compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, and HRDF.
  • Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and verify overtime submissions against attendance records.
  • Handle employee grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Enforce HR policies and respond to employee inquiries on HR matters.
  • Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.

Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems regularly.
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, memos, and notices.
  • Maintain an organized and confidential filing system for HR documents.

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and team-building activities.

Audit & Compliance Support

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation for ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other internal/external audits.

Administrative Support

  • Help renew company licensing, company car road tax and insurance in a timely manner.
  • Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling general inquiries.

Other Duties

  • Perform other HR-related duties or ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
