**SUMMARY**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Recruitment and Onboarding**
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records accurately
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with respective country regulations
- Assist in handling employee records, contracts, and documentation for staff in both Singapore and Malaysia

**Compliance & Policies**
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian and Singaporean employment laws, regulations and company policies

**Employee Relations**
- Support employee engagement initiatives, events and programs
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts to maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Serve as point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and support on HR-related issues

**Payroll & Benefits Administration**
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefit packages
- Work with payroll or finance teams to ensure timely payroll processing for Malaysia and Singapore
- Assist in the administration of employee compensation, benefits and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO in Malaysia; CPF in Singapore) for both countries

**HR Support & Coordination**
- Handle general HR inquiries and administrative duties as needed
- Facilitate internal communication between HR, management, and employees across both locations

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fluency in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably with cross-border HR exposure
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Keen attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of Singapore and Malaysia labor laws, payroll, and statutory requirements.
- Ability to always handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

- **Working Hours**: 10am-7pm

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:
