**Influencer Marketing Executive**

**Your Role**:

- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives
- Identify and track key performance metrics to optimize campaign success
- Manage the end-to-end execution of influencer collaborations, from concept to reporting
- Build and nurture relationships with KOLs across platforms like Instagram and TikTok
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and payment terms with influencers and agencies
- Work closely with influencers to create compelling, on-brand content
- Ensure campaigns comply with brand guidelines and industry standards
- Stay ahead of social media trends and identify new opportunities for brand growth
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for future strategies
- Present reports and recommendations to key stakeholders

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in beauty or FMCG
- Proven success in executing marketing campaigns with measurable impact
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Open to a **1-year contract** (renewable or convertible to permanent)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
