**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes within your section
- Ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring discipline and quality control
- Work closely with the Head Chef to develop new recipes and menus, adhering to company standards
- Maintain an organized workstation and uphold the best practices in kitchen operations
- Control stock and manage food wastage effectively
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a reputable establishment
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety protocols
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality dishes
- Ability to handle pressure and maintain composure in a busy kitchen environment
- Strong organizational skills and a high degree of discipline
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Passion for continuous learning and culinary innovation
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
