Overview
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in every dish served.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute preparation and service within your designated section.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to support daily operations.
- Ensure your section is properly stocked, organised, and clean at all times.
- Assist with training and guiding commis chefs and kitchen assistants.
- Monitor and minimise food waste and assist in stock control.
- Follow all food safety, health, and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef.
- Solid understanding of kitchen operations and section management.
- Passion for cooking and a strong eye for detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications preferred.
Working Hours
- Full-time, shift-based schedule including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
