- To ensure all design work of the department meets the Zouk Genting brand requirements.
- To propose design and presenting them to Art Director/Marketing Managers.
- To produce the design work assignment meets the standard quality, branding compliance and meet Marketing specification and satisfaction and within the SOP.
- To produce the design within given timelines.
- To have a teamwork spirit, positive & supportive.
- Design & create enticing motion graphics for video deliverable on various platforms
- Prepare design plan, concept & layout for motion graphic project (storyboarding & color palates and other requirements).
- Participate in brainstorms to share new design & conceptual perspectives.
- Basic video editing.
- Basic graphic design (still images in various sizing)
- Assist in selecting audio, video, color, animation for designs.
- Work with editor, producer & other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues.
- Edit raw video footage & add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
- Research & analyze best design techniques & solutions to create motion graphics.
- Maintain & follow best practices for version control, naming convention & organization of graphic files.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest graphic design techniques.
- Ensure compliance and evolution of brand guidelines & design standards.

**Job requirement**
- Degree in Arts/Fine Arts/Commercial Arts or Graphic Design with min 2 years’ experience in related field or Diploma in Arts/ Fine Arts/ Commercial Arts or Graphic Design with minimum of 3 years of related working experience.
- Knowledge of multimedia skills would be an added advantage.
- Must be equipped with Adobe Software skills & design skills.
