**About the role**:
The Senior Executive, People Operations & Support plays a key role in executing efficient, compliant, and employee-centric HR operations. This position supports the day-to-day HR processes, systems, and data management, ensuring accuracy and a positive employee experience. The incumbent will work closely with the People Operations team, HRBPs, and other stakeholders to support the seamless delivery of HR services across the employee lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. HR Operations & Service Delivery**
- Execute end-to-end HR operational processes for onboarding, employee data management, movements (transfers, promotions), and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Process HR transactions accurately and in a timely manner, including employment verification letters, compensation changes, and benefits enrollment.
- Support the payroll process by preparing and validating payroll input data for Finance reconciliation.

**2. HR Systems & Process Support**
- Support the maintenance of HR systems, ensuring data integrity through regular audits and updates.
- Assist in the documentation and standardization of HR processes.
- Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

**3. Employee Support & Experience**
- Act as a primary point of contact for resolving employee queries related to HR policies, systems, and benefits, providing clear and empathetic support.
- Support the coordination of employee lifecycle events such as onboarding orientations, internal transfers, and exit formalities.
- Contribute to the development and updating of HR communications, FAQs, and the knowledge base to enable employee self-service.

**4. Compliance & Reporting**
- Assist in ensuring HR operations adhere to local employment laws, data protection regulations, and internal control standards.
- Support the preparation of regular HR metrics, reports, and dashboards for management review and audits.
- Help gather and organize documentation for internal and external audits.

**5. Projects & Continuous Improvement**
- Provide support on cross-functional HR projects related to digitalization, system upgrades, or service improvement.
- Identify and suggest opportunities for improving operational effectiveness based on employee feedback and process data.
- Assist in the rollout of new HR processes or systems, including supporting training and change management activities.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in HR operations or an HR shared services environment. Exposure to fintech, technology, or dynamic industries is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of core HR processes, data management principles, and HR systems.
- Familiarity with local employment regulations and HR compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to support and contribute to process improvements.

**Key Competencies**:
**Technical**
- Hands-on experience with HR systems/platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with HR reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, advanced Excel) is highly desirable.
- Understanding of payroll and benefits administration processes.
- Strong skills in process documentation and support.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
