In this role, you will perform premium reconciliation for premium collection from all channels. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to team manager and work closely with internal stakeholders to complete the reconciliation in compliance to the company guidelines, risk and service standards.

**Job Description**:

- Perform premium reconciliation against reports and bank statements
- Perform invoice reconciliation
- Work with internal stakeholders to investigate any reconciliation discrepancies
- Support team managers on internal qualitative checks on operational processes
- Monitor and ensure we adhere to guidelines governing processes, transactions and administration
- Ensure service standards set by the Company are achieved
- Prepare reports / statistics for reconciliation and management reporting
- Attend to document upload requests from internal stakeholders when required

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
