**Responsibilities**:
- Responsibilities- Respond professionally to Inbound/ Outbound/ Social Media.
- Able to communicate ( both spoken and written ) in English.
- To analyze, create and resolve tickets (if applicable).
- To troubleshoot and guide customers according to solution process and knowledge base to solve incidents and service requests.
- Identified and escalated priority issues per client specifications
- Displayed courtesy and strong interpersonal skills with all customer interactions.
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Good Degree from a recognized university
- Both fresh graduates or experienced applicants are welcome (we can discuss the entry level based on your previous experience)
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills at all times
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
- Driven and motivated
- Has passion in the eCommerce industry
- Possess own transport
- Able to work on 24/7 shift
