**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Account Management**: Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales Support**: Support senior sales executives in generating leads, preparing sales presentations, and conducting market research.
- **Client Interaction**: Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues that arise.
- **Sales Targets**: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- **Reporting**: Assist in tracking sales performance and preparing reports on account activity and sales metrics.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a thorough understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure client needs are met.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 0-1 years of experience in sales or account management; internships or relevant coursework will be considered.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning and growth in a sales career.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
