Job Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads for IT solutions through phone calls, emails, and other digital communication channels.
  • Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate how our IT solutions can meet their business needs.
  • Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients to identify additional sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Provide product information and conduct presentations to potential clients, both remotely and in person (if necessary).
  • Support the preparation of Quotes, Proposals, and Contract Documentation.
  • Stay informed about the latest IT industry trends, products, and technologies to better assist customers.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
  • A positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in the IT solutions sales industry.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills and technologies.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of IT products, services, and solutions is a plus (training will be provided).
