Corporate Healthcare Executive

**Primary Purpose and Scope**
- Identifying new opportunities to increase sales, handling and communicating with clients, and strategically negotiating the terms of sale with clients to close sales.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in medical legislation to determine the effect it may have on company sales. Ultimately, an outstanding medical sales representative should demonstrate excellent negotiation, customer service, and consultative sales skills to continually meet or exceed sales targets.
- Creating and updating Corporate Sales department database and sales record.
- Data analysis and summarization
**Accountabilities and Key Result Areas**
- Scheduling meetings with potential and existing customers and vendors, which includes doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other health care professionals.
- Presenting company services to potential and existing customers and persuading them to make purchases.
- Identifying customers' needs and recommending company services that best fulfill those needs.
- Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
- Arranging conferences and group events for clients.
- Regularly attending industry events, training, company meetings, briefings, and educational workshops.
- Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and market success.
- Promptly submitting quotation, invoice, payment voucher, and claims.
- Preparing sales reports as well as territory analyses and submitting them to management.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, medical office management, or related field is preferred.
- Possess own car and valid driver's license.
- Proven medical sales experience.
- Sound knowledge of medical terminology and legislation.
- Excellent organizational and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Independent, Able to travel for work and punctual
