Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business plan and direction, ensuring alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention: Design and execute effective recruitment and selection processes. Implement retention strategies, including employee engagement programs and professional development opportunities.
- Performance Management: Establish and oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and reward and recognition programs.
- Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive employer-employee relationship by addressing employee queries, concerns, and grievances promptly and fairly. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Compensation and Benefits Administration: Administer compensation programs, including salary benchmarking, incentives, and benefits packages, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Learning and Development: Based on the HRDF, identify training needs, design development plans, and coordinate learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Policy Formulation and Compliance: Review, develop, and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with best practices, e.g. Offer Letter templates, Employee Handbook, SOPs, etc.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize HR metrics to analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize HR processes and policies.
- Change Management: Lead change initiatives, communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and mínimal disruptions.
- HR Technology: Evaluate and implement HRIS and other HR technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency, e.g. Payroll system.
- Additional: Undertake miscellaneous tasks as arises, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in supporting the organization's evolving needs.

Qualifications:

- A degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and talent management strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in using HR analytics tools.
- Proven ability to drive cultural transformation and foster a positive work environment.
- Able to speak, write and read in Chinese.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
