**Job Summary**:
- 12 Months contract position
- To be responsible for the processing, billing and delivering of all customer orders on a
timely basis and in compliance with the policies and procedures.- In collaboration with the Finance and Operations Manager, communicate with customer to ensure timely resolution of problems affecting order processing and delivery of goods.
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Customer Service Support- Create case booking in surgery management system
- Processes replenishment and billing to customers
- Processes Purchase Orders from distributors
- Liaise with welfare agencies on Guarantee Letter claim procedure
- Prepare documentation for credit note transaction
- Manage redeployment and returns in the SAP
- Manage instruments repair process from issuing quotations, arrangement items to be sent to repair center and liaise with custom on the item clearance and receiving the repaired item
Logistic Support- Co-ordinate with warehouse on stock availability & delivery
- Work closely with warehouse on case booking, replenishment & redeployment
Reports and monitoring- Run reports on sales accrual, active listing, backorder & etc
- Monthly CS team meeting

- Have good composure and showcase excellent problem-solving solving skills.
- Excellent in both written and verbal communication in English and Malay
**Education/Experience Requirements**:
- ‘A’ Level/Diploma
- Fresh Graduates
