Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationMalaysia - Kuala LumpurThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Handle first and second-level screening of Intellectual Property Infringement submissions by brands.
- Handle Tribunal, KPDNHEP/NCCC/MCMC and MOH-related complaints.
- Validate and analyze in chronological order all Tribunal Court claim and Small Claims Court.
- Work closely with the Legal Team on the findings and act as the main contributor to the final decisions.
- Represent Shopee at Tribunal Court hearing.
- Work closely with Legal Team and Listings Team on matters related to MOH, IPR, and controlled items.
- Able to perform adhoc tasks given by superior.
- Willingness to upskill with knowledge of other L2 functional teams.
