We’re seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our growing international proposal function to support our Asia-Pacific region. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a global team working under the strategic vision of the International Head of Proposals, contributing to high-impact tender responses and proposal development across diverse sectors and regions. You will be based in our office in Kuala Lumpur and have the ability to work in a hybrid role with the opportunity to work from home a few days a week.

In this role, you will:

- Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to develop compelling proposals and tender responses.
- Support proposal administration, document management, and submission processes.
- Write, edit, and format proposal documents with clarity and precision.
- Lead the delivery of proposals under $300,000.
- Support larger and more complex proposals as part of a team.

**Skills and Experience**:
Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:

- Experience in proposal coordination/administration or significant exposure to proposal development through a technical role.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Highly organised, flexible, and proactive with a solution-based mindset.
- Excellent communication skills across cultures.
- A team player who enjoys supporting others and contributing to shared success.
- Multilingual capabilities are a bonus.
