**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
**1) Sourcing & Quotation**:

- Receive and analyze customer product enquiries.
- Expertly source products and suppliers across global e-commerce/shopping platforms like **Taobao, 1688, Tmall, Pinduoduo, Alibaba, Shopee, and Lazada** to find the best quality and price.
- Conduct cost analysis, negotiate with suppliers, and prepare professional quotations for customers.
- Manage the communication loop with customers regarding product options, pricing, and availability.

**2) Purchasing & Order Management**:

- Verify and manage essential logistics documents that are in place including Purchase Orders (POs), Supplier Invoices, Delivery Orders (DOs), Packing Lists etc.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist in basic inventory management and cycle counts.

**3) Logistics Coordination & Hands-On Execution**:

- Coordinate the initial leg of logistics from the supplier to our hub/warehouse/office. This includes tracking the parcel and communicating with the initial courier.
- Oversee the final preparation of goods for customer delivery, which includes coordinating quality checks, repackaging, and relabeling as required.
- Once goods are ready for the next stage, hand over all details and documentation to the logistics team for complex international shipping or further processing.
- Manage last-mile delivery process by arranging domestic courier services (e.g., Ninja Van, J&T, Pos Laju), generating waybills, and ensuring accurate documentation, if needed.

**4) Communication & Administration**:

- Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, quotations, purchases, and deliveries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with Chinese suppliers, requiring fluent **business-level written and spoken Mandarin Chinese** for negotiation and issue resolution.

**Qualifications & Experience**
**-**Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in **procurement, sourcing, e-commerce, or a related role**.**:

- Fluency in Chinese (business level), English, and Malay.** Must be able to read, write, and negotiate in Chinese.
- Proven, hands-on experience in using e-commerce platforms like **Taobao, 1688, Tmall, Pinduoduo, Alibaba, Shopee, and Lazada** for business or high-volume personal use.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel).
- Experience with domestic courier services and a willingness to perform hands-on tasks like repackaging on ad-hoc basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuchai Lama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
