Job Title: RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE

Location: KUALA LUMPUR

Job Description (Recruiter / Junior Recruiter):

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned searches.
  • Source, screen, schedule, and conduct interviews, including reference checks, for prospective candidates provided by the Project Head.
  • Actively source candidates using all possible recruitment methods: web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals, contacts, and job boards.
  • Partner with Project Head to gather requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Present shortlisted candidates weekly to the Project Head.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed candidate profile summaries in the recruitment database on a weekly basis.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruitment reports and database updates.
  • Ensure recruitment database is updated weekly and references are followed up in a timely manner.
  • Support and promote employer branding through recruitment activities.
  • Perform any ad-hoc recruitment and HR-related tasks assigned by management.

Job Specifications:

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
  • Proficient in using Recruitment Database Tracking systems.
  • Good knowledge of market status, recruitment trends, and best practices.
  • Strong client focus with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Effective influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Critical thinker with problem-solving ability.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with online recruitment platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
