**Job Description: HR Executive**

**Location**: Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur
**Salary**: Up to RM5,000

**About Us**

We are a **startup US food company** newly expanding into Malaysia. As all HR and operational processes are being set up fresh, this is a unique opportunity for a dynamic and proactive HR professional to be part of our growth journey from the ground up.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Recruitment & Talent Acquisition**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process **mainly for non-executive positions** (operations, frontline, and support staff).
- Build a talent pipeline to support the company’s rapid growth.
- Work closely with management to understand hiring needs and timeline

**Payroll Management**
- Handle monthly payroll preparation and submission.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax).
- Maintain accurate employee records and payroll documentation.

**HR & Administration**
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook (as processes are being set up for the first time).
- Manage employee onboarding, contracts, and records.
- Support day-to-day HR operations including leave management, staff welfare, and disciplinary matters.
- Assist with office administration tasks when required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR functions (recruitment, payroll, and admin).
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a startup environment and set up processes from scratch.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
