Overview:
To aggressively drive the growth of our live seller network by proactively identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-potential individuals as the company's "Brand Partners." This role is centrally measured on the number and quality of new Brand Partners recruited. The executive is responsible for the initial onboarding, ongoing performance management, and building strong rapport to ensure partner success, directly tying their own compensation to the sales performance of their recruited partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Prospecting & Recruitment
Actively hunt for and generate a pipeline of potential live sellers through various channels (social media, referrals, networking, etc.).
Conduct persuasive sales pitches and presentations to communicate the value proposition of becoming a Brand Partner.
Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria to ensure the recruitment of high-quality partners.
Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to signed agreement.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for the number of new Brand Partners onboarded.
2) Onboarding & Performance Management
Execute a structured onboarding process for new Brand Partners to ensure they are set up for success.
Provide initial training on company products, sales techniques, and live selling best practices.
Monitor partner performance closely, analyzing their sales data and live stream metrics.
Proactively engage with partners to help them hit their sales targets through coaching, motivation, and sharing of effective strategies.
Build and maintain strong, professional rapport with Brand Partners to ensure long-term engagement and loyalty.
Qualifications and Experience:
1) Minimum Education
SPM or equivalent. A diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business is an advantage.
2) Experience
At least 1-2 years of experience in direct sales, recruitment, or business development role, preferably in a commission-driven environment. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets is essential.
3) Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Must be adept at using social media (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) for professional networking. Experience with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system is a strong advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
- Fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin or other dialects is a significant advantage for reaching a wider pool of potential partners.
- A proactive, persistent, and results-driven individual with a proven ability to hunt for and close new business.
- Excellent persuasive and presentation skills. Able to build instant rapport and trust with a diverse range of individuals.
- Tenacious and able to handle rejection positively, maintaining a high activity level and a positive attitude.
- A highly driven individual who thrives in a target-oriented environment and is motivated by financial incentives.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced SME environment.
Other Requirements:
Strong desire to earn a high income directly linked to performance.
Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok as business users.
Possesses a strong network of potential sellers or influencers is a major plus.
