Here at Trapo, we’re looking for a passionate, creative and driven content specialist to assist us in curating and developing visual content to support our overall marketing strategy.

You’ll be working closely with the creative team to develop content for Tik Tok, Youtube, IG and Facebook. Additionally, you’ll be the key person coordinating our Live Streams on our channels such as FB, IG and marketplaces to drive engagement and sales.

**Responsibilities**
- Curate content in-line with the social media team’s strategy
- Discussions with stakeholders to plan, execute and publish content to all our channels
- Coordinate, manage and appear in Live-Streams on our native platforms or marketplaces (Shopee / Lazada / Facebook)
- Analyse day-to-day engagement metrics
- Implement effective content strategies in order to increase web traffic, customer / audience engagements, or for lead generation
- Be tuned-in and leverage the latest social trends to drive engagement and traffic
- Co-manage Influencer Marketing portfolio
- Generate reports to keep track of performance
**Requirements**:

- 2-3 Year experience in Content Development
- Proven portfolio of content
- Excellent verbal English & Chinese is a must (Fluent Malay as well is a major plus)
- Experience performing / hosting Live Streams
- Knowledge of content & social media strategy
- Able to occasionally work on weekends or Public Holidays if there are promos running (replacement leaves are provided accordingly of course)
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- A self-starter and able to work independently
- Basic production knowledge would be a bonus
