**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Responsible to confirm with clients and make records of shipment. - Responsible to make booking with shipping lines for weekly shipment movement i.e: confirm freight and container movement for the week. - Make arrangement with Transport Dept for collection and delivery of cargo to warehouse. Stick "damaged" sticker on the cargo. - Ensure documents are passed to documentation dept for declaration and custom clearance purpose. - Responsible for preparation of B/L and pass the correct copy of B/L to shipping line, Sankyu Inc. Japan and concerned clients. - Perform any other assignments as and when directed by superior/s and comply with the company's rules and regulations. **Requirements**: - SPM / Diploma / Degree required; - 1-2 years experience with Import and Exports (required); - Strong Understanding of Import and Export regulations and documentation; - Attention to detail and excellent oral and written skills required, customer service experience required; - Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel. - Good interpersonal skills, team player, positive work attitude and adaptability **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Company car - Free parking - Health insurance - Maternity leave - Opportunities for promotion - Parental leave - Professional development Ability to commute/relocate: - Port Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred) **Experience**: - Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred) - Customer Service Export: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - Bahasa Melayu (preferred) - Bahasa English (preferred) License/Certification: - Car/Bike (preferred) Work Location: In person
