**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in Mandarin** (verbal, written, and reading)
- Proficient in **English** (basic to intermediate)
- **Minimum SPM** or higher qualification
- Previous customer service experience preferred (fresh grads welcome)
- Good computer skills; able to multitask across different systems
- Willingness to undergo **3-month in-office training**:

- Self-disciplined and responsible in a remote work environment

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
