Help the company to purchase office supplies and refreshment.
- Running company errands when necessary.
- Handling of JKKP - Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to management when necessary and prepare relevant reports and checklists as required by the Local Authority bodies such as DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, etc and maintain proper documentation for statutory inspections.
- Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics such as noise, vibration, water and air pollution.
- Uphold safety procedures and ensure compliance among staff to ensure the safety and health standards in the work place is in line with statutory requirements.
- To perform DOE regulated functions (To manage Scheduled Waste).
- Planning and coordinating logistics activities including domestic shipments, international inbound and outbound shipments of goods.
- Verify shipping documents and liaise with shipping agent, ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documents and address any potential issues related to delivery timelines.
- Source quotation from suppliers and issue PO for indirect materials such as buying consumable toolings.
- Any other ad-hoc work assigned by management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
