**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Pre-Sales Team to review and analyse business requirements from clients in the submission of bid winning proposals.
- Follow up on potential clients and business opportunities.
- Prepare quotation, invoices and billing.
- Monitor and follow up on client payment and collections.
- Prepare Financial Proposal for tender and RFQ (Request for Quotation).
- Coordinate sales effort between clients, technical consultants and other departments.
- Register and maintain customer record accurately in system.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and other sales administration task.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Communication or related courses.
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in Administrative Support, Sales, or related field; preferably with experience in IT industry
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical skills and able to collate and interpret data from various sources.
- Strong customer service experience with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently as well as on a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and multi-tasking environment.
- Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
- Self-motivated and self-directed, able to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month
