**Overview**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Business Coordinator to oversee project tracking, manage contracts, and ensure smooth communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. You will coordinate with finance, administrative teams, and government agencies to ensure projects comply with company policies, legal standards, and project deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft, manage, and review contracts to ensure legal and company compliance.
- Coordinate with finance and administrative teams to ensure contracts are aligned with company policies and project deadlines.
- Prepare and submit required documents to authorities and maintain business documents.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through continuous liaison with government representatives.
- Report on project progress and assist in the smooth flow of operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in business coordination and contract management.
- Good soft skills and meticulous.
- Familiar with licensing and working with government agencies is an added advantage.
- Must have a valid driving license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
